The International Art Museum of America is located in the exciting new downtown San Francisco Cultural District called the Central Market area. The museum is located at 1025 Market Street, with our offices and museum shop adjacent at 1023 Market Street. The museum is near the 7th Street Civic Center Plaza Muni and BART station and also accessible by streetcar, with a stop directly in front of the museum (between 6th and 7th Streets, on Market). Reasonably priced Public Parking is located in lots directly behind the Museum on Mission Street between 6th and 7th Streets. The Westgate Shopping Center is one block west, with many amenities.
The museum is open: Tuesday – Sunday, 11 am – 5 pm. The last admission to the museum is at 4:45 pm.
Offices are open: Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm. Deliveries are received from 10 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday. Security must be contacted for all deliveries. Call: 415-716-7019.
